The embassy has installed solar panels

Since 21 October 2022, the Danish embassy in Tallinn has been able to convert sunlight into electricity with solar panels installed on the embassy’s roof.
The solar panels are expected to produce tens of thousands of kWh of electricity per year, which will lower the total amount of our CO2 emissions.

Solar energy has been booming in the Baltics, where Estonia is leading the way with its production and instalment of solar panels. We are therefore happy to join the steps towards a more sustainable and greener future.
