Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce in Estonia

The Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce in Estonia was established on 1 January 2025 when the Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (DECC), the Norwegian-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (NECC), and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce Estonia (SCCE) joined forces after an unanimous decision at the extraordinary general meetings of each of the three chambers.
The Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce brings together approximately 130 Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and Estonian companies, maintaining the traditions and values of its founding organisations while advancing a shared vision of collaboration and growth. It aims to provide an even stronger platform for networking, knowledge exchange and advocacy for Scandinavian businesses operating in Estonia.

The non-profit organisation Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (DECC or dansk-estiske handelskammer) was established in September 2007, its forerunner, the Danish-Estonian Business Club, being founded in 1996 as an informal forum for Danish businessmen in Estonia.
