The Danish Minister of Defence Trine Bramsen and the Defence Committee visited Tallinn and Tapa

The 17th of February 2020 Trine Bramsen the Minister of Defence and the Parliament’s Defence Committee was on a visit in Estonia. The Minister of Defence met with Estonian Minister of Defence Jüri Luik.
In January 2020, two hundred Danish soldiers dispatched to Estonia with the task to participate in NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence eFP. The Defence Committee accompanied the Minister of Defence Trine Bramsen when she met with the soldiers at the Tapa military base.

The Minister of Defence had a meeting with her Estonian colleague Jüri Luik, and the Defence Committee met with their counterpart in Estonia earlier in the day. There was a strongly shared agreement about the challenges in our region and interest in a continued Danish-Estonian collaboration in international missions (Iraq and Mali).
