On Saturday, 9 May 2015 the Europe Day was celebrated in Tallinn with the orienteering passport game and open doors of foreign embassies as well as concert and activities at Vabaduse Square.

The Danish Embassy invited guests into the embassy’s conference room to visit the exhibition ”Happy Danes”, to find out more about the programme of upcoming festival Viru Folk (7-9 August) and to answer a quiz. There was a little concert by musician Tõnis Kark, one of the performers at Viru Folk this year with his band Pööriöö.

Outside a Christiania cargo-bike awaited people for trial ride and a human-size LEGO man was greeting the children. Confectionery of Danish company Anthon Berg were on sale.

Around 1050 people came by the embassy in four hours. See more about the event and photos at the Facebook event page.
