Delegation from the Danish Parliament on a visit to Estonia

Members of the Danish Parliament's Defence Committee and Permanent Delegation to NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly shall conduct a visit to Estonia from the 4th to 6th of March 2015.

During a tour in the Baltic countries, members of the Danish Parliament's Defence Committee and Permanent Delegation to NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly shall visit Estonia.
The main objective of the visit is to discuss the changed security situation in the Baltic region. Therefore, the Danish delegation shall meet with a number of representatives from the Estonian state and armed forces.

The Danish Ambassador in Estonia, Søren Kelstrup, shall welcome the Danish delegation on Tuesday, the 4th of March in Tartu. The programme in Estonia kicks off on 5th of March with a visit to the Baltic Defence College, followed by a meeting at the Estonian Defence Ministry in Tallinn. On Friday, the 6th of March the Danish delegation will pay a visit to the Ämari Air Base, from where NATO-allies conduct the Baltic Air Policing mission. The day continues at NATO Cyber Security Centre of Excellency, which research primarily concerns maintenance of electronic security, and a presentation of the e-solutions in the Estonia's government at Stenbock house.
The visit to Estonia shall conclude the five day tour in the Baltic countries.
